Unexpected poolside chaos
The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in a breeze. The variety of pools provided ample space for relaxation, especially at night when it was beautifully calm.

The gardens are absolutely stunning and created a serene atmosphere during the stay. The spa services were a real treat, especially the Cleopatra program. the Wi-Fi could use improvement, as it was frustratingly slow at times. a nice getaway with friendly staff.

The pools were a definite highlight for my family. The kids loved the vibrant atmosphere, especially at the family pool area, where they could splash around safely. The spa was relaxing too, and my wife enjoyed their heavenly massages!
My kids wished the playground was a bit bigger for more fun activities.

Had a blast with friends at this resort! The pools were awesome, and we loved the beach access. Enjoyed relaxing spa treatments, especially the massages. Don't miss out on checking out the nearby market for local crafts! Just ensure you grab your food quickly, as vegetarians might find limited options.
We faced a long wait at check-in, which was frustrating, especially since nobody seemed to help with our luggage.

would definitely go again
the pools are really nice and there are so many to choose from. enjoyed my double room with a garden view that had a comfy bed and a flat-screen TV. breakfast had tasty cappuccinos, but vegetarian options were kinda scarce. the shuttle to the beach was a big plus, with always a spot to lay down. relaxing spa treatments like the couples massage were great too!

Hurghada vibes 🌴
The beach access was a total lifesaver, with friendly staff always ready to help. Enjoyed a lekker brekkie every morning and the vibe at the pool was just jolling with everyone chilling. Got to skinner with the locals, which made the stay even more special.
The Wi-Fi was a bit of a pain, super slow and sometimes non-existent.

The highlight was definitely the vibrant terrace at night—it turned into a chill spot for locals and guests alike. Plus, the gardens surrounding the hotel were stunning, perfect for a leisurely stroll or snapping some Insta-worthy pics.
The hotel was tricky to find, and check-in was a nightmare. it was like a 2-star service in a 5-star shell. The private beach? More like a mirage—far and underwhelming! They charged extra for things that should've been covered in the all-inclusive deal.

Immaculate gardens with a lovely atmosphere and attentive wait staff who consistently offered refreshing drinks. Spa treatments were excellent and well worth the experience, especially the massages and beauty treatments offered.
The dining options were inconsistent and lacked quality on several occasions.

The pools at the Stella were nice and well-staffed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom in my room, it felt refreshing to have that extra room to move around. The gardens were lush and created a serene atmosphere throughout my stay. There were activities available like tennis and billiards, which were enjoyable as well. the dining quality left much to be desired. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner had very low quality food. I found the beds quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The paid Wi-Fi service was frustrating, as it frequently didn’t work on one of my three nights there. I also encountered issues with the reception staff being slow during check-in. They took too long to check out guests, which made the whole process tedious. Management seemed a bit overwhelmed as well. they did not handle a troubling situation with a transportation driver effectively. It felt like there was a lack of management control in that area.
